What is Bare Naked Babies?
Bare Naked Babies is an online, discount retailer specializing in layettes, infants wear, and accessories. We are the ultimate source for newborn gifts and other stylish baby clothes. Why do I need to create an account?
As an account holder you can take advantage of several of the following services:

• Shopping Privileges - Enjoy shopping for Baby Fashions at Bare Bottom Prices!
  
• Permanent Cart - Products added to your personal cart shall remain saved until they are either removed or until you checkout.
  
• Address Book - You can now save several addresses to your account, which allows us to deliver your purchase(s) to an address other than yours. This is perfect for gifts!
  
• Order Information - Track pending orders and view your order history.
  
• Newsletter - Receive information on new products and promotions through our newsletter.

How do I create an account?
To create an account, click My Account located in the top left corner of the Bare Naked Babies homepage or any other page. Another page will then appear asking you if you are a New or Returning Customer. Since you do not yet have an account and are looking to create one, please click the Continue button below the New Customer information. Please proceed to complete your Account Information. Upon completion, you will see that your account has been successfully created and you should then expect to receive a confirmation to the same e-mail address you registered with us. If you do not receive such confirmation, please contact us.

If I already have an account, how do I login?
If you created an account in the past and wish to login, click My Account located in the top left corner of the Bare Naked Babies homepage or any other page. Fill out your registered e-mail address and password underneath where it says Returning Customer.

What if I forgot my account password?
If you created an account in the past and have forgotten you account password, click My Account located in the top left corner of the Bare Naked Babies homepage or any other page. Now click Forgot Your Password? Click here. Then follow the prompt to enter your registered e-mail address and click the Continue button. You will then receive an e-mail to that same registered address with a new password to log into your Bare Naked Babies account. When you login with your e-mail address and this new password, you will be brought to your Account Information page. If you wish, you can now change your password to something more familiar by clicking Change My Account Password. Enter your current or temporary password and then your new password, which you must enter twice in order to confirm it. Once complete, you will see a heading saying that your password has been successfully updated.

What methods of payment are accepted?
Payment is required upon checkout. Direct credit card payments and PayPal are both accepted.

How do I complete a purchase?
When browsing Bare Naked Babies in search for newborn, infants, and toddler clothing, you will click on the Learn More button for a product you like and wish to get more details on. When doing so, you will be brought to the individual product page. If you would like to then purchase that product, select the size and quantity (color or accessory if applicable), and click the Add to Cart button. Once you’ve added all the desired baby and/or toddler clothing and accessories to your cart, click the Checkout button. You will then be asked to login, if you did not already do so before shopping and adding to your cart. The delivery information page will appear and you should confirm or change your shipping address, choose the form of delivery, and click Continue. Then choose a payment method and click Continue. After clicking Continue, an Order Confirmation page will appear. Please review and verify that your information is correct, enter your payment information, and click Continue. Finally, it should say Your Order Has Been Submitted and you will receive an e-mail entitled Order Confirmation.

How do I know if my order has shipped and can I track it?
Your order will ship only after it has been processed, which requires that your payment information be verified and the payment then received. Once the order is processed, the order will ship. At that time you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment and containing a package tracking number for your convenience.

What if the product I wish to purchase is out of stock?
Bare Naked Babies cannot guarantee the replenishment of products that are labeled Out of Stock. However, on occasion, we will receive replenishments of the product. For this reason, we encourage you to check back often or to contact us regarding future availability.

How do I return or exchange an item?
Before proceeding to return or exchange an item, please review our store policies regarding Returns and Exchanges. If your item qualifies for a return or exchange, please contact us with your reason for return or exchange and your request for the appropriate authorization form. The proper form will then be e-mailed to you. Please complete the authorization form and include it in your return or exchange package. If the proper form is not included with your return or exchange package, neither can be processed.

Does Bare Naked Babies carry flame resistant sleepwear?

How do I search for a product?
You can conduct a basic search by typing your keywords in the white box found in the top right corner of each page. Just below this, you may click Advanced Search. Advanced Search will allow you to search by color, size, category, and/or price etc.

How do I know what size(s) to buy?
When viewing the product details, you will see a link to a sizing chart. If you wish to view the sizing chart now, click here.

What if I wish to send a gift?
Bare Naked Babies believes that it is the perfect place to purchase baby clothes for your own children and/or as a gift. However, we do not offer gift wrapping services at this time. This is something that we plan to implement in the near future.

Does sales tax apply?
