SHIPPING POLICIES AND INFORMATION

General
Bare Naked Babies currently offers free shipping on merchandise orders of $125.00 or more (not including gift wrapping, taxes, or shipping charges).
Bare Naked Babies will ship via UPS or U.S.P.S at its sole discretion.
Provided the merchandise is in stock, Bare Naked Babies typically processes and ships orders from its warehouse within 48 hours of processing, keep in mind that credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing.
Once Bare Naked Babies processes your order and it is shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates shall be calculated in accordance with the weight of the customer’s purchase and the type of delivery selected (Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select).

Ground
Orders shipped via UPS Ground will typically arrive within 7 – 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after Bare Naked Babies has processed and shipped your purchase from its warehouse.

2nd Day Air
Orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air will typically arrive within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after Bare Naked Babies has processed and shipped your purchase from its warehouse.

3 Day Select
Orders shipped via UPS 3 Day Select will typically arrive within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after Bare Naked Babies has processed and shipped your purchase from its warehouse.

Carriers & Delivery Times
The shipping carrier(s) and their performance are beyond the control of Bare Naked Babies and cannot guarantee their service and/or delivery times. Bare Naked Babies shall not be responsible to refund shipping charges if a product or package does not arrive as guaranteed by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If a customer provides Bare Naked Babies with an incorrect shipping address, Bare Naked Babies reserves the right to charge the customer’s credit card for any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of such error.

International Shipping Policies
Bare Naked Babies currently ships within the Continental United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not yet ship to Canada or any other international locations. As we expand our customer base this will surely change so please visit again soon.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Bare Naked Babies stands behind its products and believes in quality customer service. This is why we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of your receipt of the order. Please read the below return and exchange policies and their conditions.

Exchanges:

• Acceptable reasons for exchange include: exchanging a gift, exchanging a size, or exchanging for the same due to defect or damage.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags.
• Please return merchandise via insured U.S. mail or UPS.
• Please remember to include your packing slip and exchange form otherwise we cannot process the exchange.
• Exchange Shipping charges are not reimbursed unless the exchange is due to a receipt of a defective or damaged product or due to our error (shipped the wrong size or product).
• All exchanges must be for at least the value of the original product purchased or more. No balances are refunded.
• After the 7 days have elapsed all sales are final and no exchanges shall be permitted.

Returns:

• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags.
• Please return merchandise via insured U.S. mail or UPS.
• Please remember to include you packing slip and return form otherwise we cannot process the return.
• Original and Return Shipping charges are not reimbursed.
• All returns (excepting charges for gift wrap and shipping) will be credited to the original form of payment.
• After the 7 days have elapsed all sales are final and no returns shall be permitted.

FINAL SALE POLICY
No returns or exchanges shall be permitted after 7 days have elapsed from customer’s receipt of order.
Typical return and exchange policies are not in effect for or applicable to merchandise purchased on sale. All sale items shall be FINAL SALE.
